Today at midnight EST, Toronto based singer-songwriter DAPHNE debuted with the single “Consequences”. This is a song that has an indie-rock/alternative vibe to it and it’s definitely a song that many will enjoy.

As DAPHNE says, “Consequences” is a vibrant summer anthem that will make you want to roll down your windows and blast the volume” and we couldn’t agree more. Despite the heartbreaking lyrics where she expresses her pain of being used, discarded and convinced that a situationship would be more, this song definitely has an upbeat tone to it. The song is co-produced by Toronto singer and producer, Peach Luffe.

“Consequences” gained attention on TikTok and over 1K pre-saves prior to the release. For the future, DAPHNE hopes to make heartbroken listeners dance instead of cry through her lyricism and production.
