Welcome back to our “Behind The Beat Spotlight” series. This month we are featuring Toronto based singer, songwriter and producer Caj Flow.

Anthony Johnson, known by his stage name Caj Flow made his solo debut on August 14th, 2018 with the single “Love Again”. Caj Flow has been releasing music ever since. His second most popular single “Kerala” with 127K streams on Spotify came out on May 12th, 2019. ON May 8th, 2020, he released the single “butterflies” which has amassed over 600K streams, making it his most popular single.

Caj Flow has collaborated with many artists and has even ghostwrote for some as well. He recently collaborated again with South Asian, Brampton based artist Ashavari for the pop-punk  song “CIRCLES!”. The song came out on July 3rd and since its release, it has gained over 13K streams.

We decided to feature Caj Flow this month as “CIRCLES!” is doing amazing and has been on repeat for us. Caj Flow is super talented and we love seeing how diverse his sounds are with every release he has. He currently has around 8.6K monthly listeners on Spotify and we think this number will grow a lot this year – especially with how well “CIRCLES!” is doing.
