Welcome to part four of our article series “Up & Coming Asian Artists | 100K AND BELOW”. If you have not read the first, second and third article, we highly suggest checking it out.
In this article, we will share 6 more Asian artists that vary in genres and sounds! We hope you find yourself supporting some or all of these artists.

Ethan Ayayy, also known by his stage name Pluto Koi is a singer and songwriter originally from the Philippines and now located in the Bay Area in United States. He debuted on October 5th, 2019 with his debut EP Destination: Planet Koi. This EP consists of 5 tracks and includes his most popular song “You’re Not Lonely” which has over 2.3 million streams on Spotify alone.
Following his debut, he released the single “Indigo Girl” on February 14th, 2020. On April 10th, 2020, he released the single “Hopeless Romantic” which is his second most popular song with over 1.5 million Spotify streams. He also released the single “Stuck” in July 2020 and that was his last release of the year.
Pluto Koi’s first release of 2021 was in April for his second EP HOPE THIS HELPS. Following his second EP, his next release was in February 2022 for the single “Starlight In Your Eyes”. In April 2022, Pluto Koi collaborated with b/t for the single “With You” and then released “So Goodbye!” in May. His last release of the year was on October 14th, 2022 for “Wonderland”.
In 2023, he released his first single of the year “Sober Thoughts” on May 26th followed by “Little Pieces” in September. “Little Pieces” was in collaboration with sunshine blvd.. His last release was on November 10th, 2023 for the single “Evergreen”.

Jae Luna is a Korean-American singer based in Los Angeles, United States. He debuted on June 1st, 2018 with his debut EP Projected Self. Followed by his debut, he collaborated with Olivia Reid for the single “What You Came Here For” which came out on August 9th, 2019.
On July 30th, 2020, he released his debut album Phases. This album consists of 8 tracks and includes his most popular song “Summertime 2016” which has over 2 million streams just on Spotify. His next release was in November 2021 for the single “i’m having a hard time being myself” which is another one of his popular songs with a little over 1 million Spotify streams.
A little over a year later, he released the song “high school sweetheart” in August 2022 which was in collaboration with haer.
In 2023, he released three singles; “cyanide” in March, “better outside” in May with Chris Moon and “ether” in June. “cyanide” is the song that got us listening to Jae Luna and we love it so much.

Regina Song is a Singaporean singer and songwriter. Her music is a blend of R&B, pop, bossa nova and a bunch of different genres that make her music so unique. She debuted on September 10th, 2021 with the single “LUCAS”.
She did not release any music after her debut until March 10th, 2023 when she released “high school boy”. This is her most popular song with over 840K streams on Spotify. Followed by that single, she released “love…at first sight?” in May 2023.
In June 2023, she released “heartache frenzy” followed by “room” in November which was in collaboration with Adriel. Her last single of 2023 was on December 22nd for “venus” which is her second most popular song with over 430K streams.

Rein is a Filipino-Canadian artist under the BAD KIDS collective. His music is a blend of jazz, Bossa Nova, R&B and pop. He debuted on April 22nd, 2021 with the single “Glass”. Followed by his debut, he released his debut EP Encounters. on September 30th, 2021.
In March 2022, Rein released the single “Streets of Mine” followed by “Trusted Your Heart” and “Summer Heat” in May. All three of these songs were pre-release tracks for his debut album Dear Love which came out on June 30th, 2022. He released his next single “Slowly Drifting” in August followed by “Christmas Time Is Here” in November. He ended the 2022 year off with the single “Glass” on December 16th, 2022.
In 2023, Rein started releasing music under his collective BAD KIDS starting off with “Piggy Bank” on March 3rd. This is his most popular song with 55K streams on Spotify. On June 2nd, 2023, he released the single “Never Fall in Love Again”. He also released “Stay Behind” on August 4th and “Strawberry Sundae” on September 22nd. “Strawberry Sundae” is our favourite song of Rein’s so far and it’s also a fan favourite with almost 10K streams on Spotify. All of Rein’s 2023 releases were included in his second EP I’ve Loved You which came out on December 17th, 2023 – making it his latest release.
As well, during 2023, Rein performed at the Winnipeg Jazz Festival as an opener for Filipino artist Zack Tabudlo.

FION is a singer-songwriter who debuted on May 28th, 2021 with the single “ghost of you” which is her second most popular song with 42.6K streams on Spotify.
Followed by her debut, she released “you made me feel” on June 2nd, 2023 which is her most streamed song with 52.3K streams. This is the song that we discovered her by as it was featured in our Daylist Spotify playlist. We love her voice and musical style. On August 25th, 2023 she released “it was like that”. She ended 2023 off with the release of “manipulative monster” on December 8th.

Notkyle is a Filipino singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. He debuted on September 20th, 2019 with the single “Luv, Goodbye.” followed by “OTW” in November which was in collaboration with Andrea Flowers, Patrick Rosal and Richlee.
In July 2020, he released his third single “Better Without U” and then ended the year off with the release of “on the way” on December 18th, 2020. Notkyle started 2021 off with the release of “Catchin’ Flights” in February.
He collaborated with Andrea Flowers for the single “Lovesick” which is his most popular song with 142K streams on Spotify alone. His next single was a collaboration with 8rae for “Run It Back”. 8rae is actually the reason why we discovered Notkyle. In May, Notkyle released “Wait”. These three singles were pre-release tracks for his debut album Middle Ground which came out on June 4th, 2021.
In 2022, he released three singles; “Heatwave” in May, “Care To Disagree” and “CALIFORNIA SNOW” with Andrea Flowers in November.
His first single of 2023 “Realize” dropped on March 24th. He then released “Fall Fast” in August and ended 2023 off with the release of “Slide” on November 10th.
